💰 Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s total weight and destination.

All shipping fees already include:

• ✅ Registration / Tracking number

• ✅ Packaging & fulfillment

• ✅ Customs clearance (where applicable)

🧾 Taxes & Duties


All international shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, and local taxes based on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

• Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged upon delivery.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

🔁 Returns & Reshipping

• Returns are not accepted

• If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address:

 — Reshipping is available within 14 days

 — Reshipping fees apply (from $6.25 to $9.38 depending on country)

 — If no response in 14 days, the parcel will be destroyed

✅ Delivery Guarantee & Compensation

• All packages are insured

• If your package is lost, we offer compensation:

 — Up to $62.50 per order

 — Claims must be submitted within 60 days

 — No refunds for damaged packaging or if tracking shows “Delivered”

📦 Pre-Orders


If an item is labeled as Pre-Order, please note:

• It will ship once it becomes available, according to the estimated date shown on the product page.

• Pre-orders may take longer to fulfill than regular items.

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.


We’ll keep you updated via email if anything changes regarding the release or shipping schedule.
